Tuesday evening we had our usual run starting from 68th and Riverside. It was a slightly smaller crowd, and for good reason I suppose since some heavy rain was in the forecast. So from these pictures, you can see who is not afraid of a little rain.
Ed, minus a gall bladder, rejoined us for a couple of miles. Just last Wednesday, he was under the knife and had that pesky little bladder evicted. I was amazed that he was even up and around, much less out for some walking. Have to say, those are cute little scars. Not the grizzly gash you can brag about.
Of course, T Z had to show off his belly, exhibitionist that he is!
About half of the group went south, and faced a very strong headwind going out, but were repaid with a tailwind on the return trip. Those who started out going north had to scratch and claw their way back as the south winds were relentless!Wade looks a little frazzled after running 3 miles into the wind, and them FLYING back.
Hope your training is going great! See you tomorrow!
